Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. In-stock items are usually shipped out more quickly, while backordered or custom items may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs for your items during the checkout process before completing your purchase. Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain items may also be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations based on their content or destination.

Shipping Damage: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage for our records.
