Welcome to the Shipping Policy of CDA Backflow Supply, your premier supplier of backflow products in the Inland Northwest. We strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience to ensure that your orders arrive safely and on time.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and freight delivery for larger orders. The available shipping options may vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. In-stock items are usually shipped out more quickly, while backordered or custom items may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs for your items during the checkout process before completing your purchase. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and may occasionally provide promotions or discounts on shipping fees.

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain items may also be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations based on their content or destination.

Shipping Damage: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage for our records.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an order or part of an order, please contact a sales representative to start the returns process. Please have the packing slip or invoice available for reference so one of our team members can help to expedite your request. Most items are returnable and will be determined by a member of our sales staff during your call. If an item is deemed returnable, your sales representative will let you know and ask you to ship it back to our facility with a copy of the packing slip or invoice. Generally, orders returned within 15 days of purchase will not have a restocking charge. If the return is after 15 days, the order may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. If the return is approved, the item will be inspected upon arrival and if no issues are found, a credit will be applied to your account. If we find the product is damaged and not in good condition we will not issues a refund, and we will reach out to you. If you wish to receive an email of this credit memo, please provide your email address on the documentation being sent back to us. 

If you need to make a return but prefer to not speak with one of our team members, please email us with your order number and details about the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as we can during normal business hours (7:30am -4:00pm) to assist with your return request. We thank you for your patience.
